Shipping, cancellations and returns
Orders and shipping quotes
Product prices are in US dollars. The minimum product subtotal is $100. After you submit an order, we confirm the shipping charge and estimated delivery time. You can review the full product and shipping total before paying. If you do not accept the quote, you can cancel before payment without charge; contact us if you need help cancelling.
Payment and import charges
We confirm the available payment method with you. Online PayPal payment is not currently available on this site. Product prices and quoted shipping do not include destination import duties, import taxes or customs clearance charges; these are the buyer’s responsibility.
Cancellation and refunds
Before payment, you may cancel without charge. After payment but before preparation begins, contact us to request a full refund to the original payment method. Once preparation or customization has started, contact us: for personalized goods we will discuss any production costs already incurred and the refundable amount. Refunds are handled manually.
Returns and problems with goods
Standard consumables are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If goods are incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us with the order number and photos. After review, we will arrange an appropriate remedy such as replacement, repair or refund and bear the related reasonable costs where applicable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Before dispatch and tracking
Before dispatch, we discuss the packed goods with you through WhatsApp and proceed only after your confirmation. Your account can show the warehouse-to-forwarder and forwarder-to-customer tracking numbers when provided. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and carrier and will be confirmed with your quote.
